Picture Puzzles at the Royal Hospital for Children & Young People and Department of Clinical Neurosciences, Edinburgh
This set of puzzles have 'hidden pictures' to find, for example, a house, tree or rocket. The idea came form playing with coloured lolly sticks and arranging them in a pattern to make a grid.
It's one of a series of picture puzzles located in waiting areas and treatment rooms, providing distraction for patients and their families. The puzzles have been created from drawings of familiar items that you might find in your everyday environment, including bus tickets, drinking straws, paper bags, lolly sticks and revision cards. The drawings are combined with familiar puzzle formats to create a range of unique picture puzzles, including sudoku, matching pairs and spotting hidden pictures.
